Using advanced 3D scanning and reverse engineering, we recreated this obsolete part from scratch. This Lamborghini Diablo SV required a replacement fuel tank and we designed, manufactured, and installed it to exacting standards.
Perfect for heritage vehicles, specialist manufacturers, and motorsport applications where precision matters.

The process began by 3D scanning the available space to ensure precise fitment, followed by 3D printing a prototype for testing and evaluation. Once finalized, the component was 3D printed in carbon fibre to create the durable, lightweight final product.

The development was handled from start to finish, beginning with concept artwork and progressing through prototype builds to the completed product car. The Isdera L’Aquila. This vehicle is part of the legacy of the storied German automaker Isdera, known for crafting low volume, bespoke supercars by hand. The process captured the evolution of an idea into a fully realised, road‑ready machine, showcasing the design vision, engineering development, and iterative prototyping that culminated in the finished L’Aquila.

The client approached us with an upright suspension model, and we conducted detailed FEA and topology simulations to analyze its performance. These analyses enabled us to optimize the design by removing unnecessary mass while enhancing the structural efficiency and overall functionality of the upright.
