Alberto Solera

Alberto Solera is a highly experienced automotive engineer and executive with over 20 years in high-performance vehicle development and advanced engineering leadership. From 2014 to 2018, he served as Technical & Development Manager at Noble Automotive Ltd, where he led the M600 supercar programme from prototype to fully EU-homologated production. He managed all aspects of development and production, and spearheaded the Noble MoTeC ECU package through to full EU approval following extensive validation and testing.

Between 2018 and 2024, Alberto was Technical Director at Zenvo Automotive, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and delivering advanced hypercar programmes at the forefront of performance engineering. He later became CEO of Isdera, leading the strategic direction and evolution of the iconic marque.

In 2024, he founded Solera Engineering Ltd, providing specialist engineering and strategic consultancy to the global automotive sector, and also serves as a Board Advisor to Everrati, supporting innovation in electrified performance and sustainable mobility.
